Vistra Increases Generation Capacity Through Acquisitions

Vistra Corp. reported Q4 2025 results, completed the Lotus Infrastructure Partners acquisition adding 2,600 MW, and announced a Cogentrix Energy deal expected to add 5,500 MW. Wells Fargo lowered its price target to $234 while keeping an Overweight rating on Feb. 27; the company also signed nuclear PPAs with Amazon Web Services and Meta, contracting about 3.8 GW.
