Virgin Atlantic has completed the full rollout of its AI-powered Virgin Atlantic Concierge across the airline and Virgin Atlantic Holidays websites, offering an always-on conversational travel planning and booking experience. Built with OpenAI technology and developed with Tomoro, the multimodal Concierge provides real-time personalised recommendations and supports Flying Club and customer service queries. The service integrates with an upcoming mobile app to scale personalised voice, text, and image interactions.
