Unitree Demonstrates Humanoid Robots Martial Arts Capabilities

Unitree Robotics deployed 24 G1 humanoid robots in a martial arts routine at this year’s Lunar New Year gala, performing vaults, backflips, and high-speed runs. The company said it developed cluster control and positioning systems enabling running up to 4 m/s and automatic formation recalibration during complex movements. Unitree plans broader commercial expansion in 2026 and estimates shipments of 10,000–20,000 units.
