UK Cybersecurity Chief Urges Coordinated Global Response

Richard Horne, CEO of Britain’s National Cyber Security Centre, urged governments, industry and allies on Tuesday at the RSA Conference to mount a coordinated "full court press" against escalating digital threats. He said state and criminal actors, aided by AI, are increasing attack scale and sophistication and called for combined measures from law enforcement, regulation, offensive operations and improved resilience.
