UAE Launches Federal Real Estate Assets Platform
The UAE Ministry of Finance has launched the Federal Government Real Estate Assets Platform, a centralized digital system to document, manage, and update federal property data in line with Article 18 of Federal Decree-Law No. (35) of 2023. The launch, attended by undersecretary Younis Haji AlKhoori and assistant undersecretary Mariam Al Amiri, included an AI-panel and live technical demonstration.
