TruVideo announced the launch of Video Quality Score (VQS), an AI and machine-learning system that evaluates technician inspection videos against a standardized benchmark. Trained on over 80 million service videos and validated on more than 300,000 graded clips across 20 OEMs and 800 dealerships, TruVideo says VQS outperforms off-the-shelf models by 30 points and links scores above 80 to $59 more per repair order.
