SMVDU Hosts Foundational AI Workshop On LLMs

Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University's School of Computer Science and Engineering organized a five-day workshop titled "Foundational AI: Large Language Models and Generative AI" in Katra on Mar. 1. Speakers from IIT Ropar, IIT Jammu, IIT Delhi, Microsoft, and international universities covered transformers, deepfake detection, agentic AI, prompt engineering and deployment, aiming to bridge theory and practical implementation for researchers and practitioners.
