Scala Raises $8.5M To Unify Operations

Bellevue-based startup Scala, co-founded by Smartsheet CEO Rajeev Singh and Ardie Sameti, emerged from stealth this week and announced an $8.5 million seed round led by Madrona Ventures and FUSE Ventures. Scala offers an operational intelligence platform—Pulse, Agent Canvas, and Pulse Assist—that overlays CRMs and knowledge bases to surface workflow hotspots and enable AI agent creation across healthcare, travel, and finance contact centers.
