Samsung Demonstrates AI-Enabled vRAN With NVIDIA

At MWC 2026 in Barcelona, Samsung Electronics demonstrated an AI-native, software-driven network architecture integrating its virtualised RAN software with NVIDIA’s Grace CPU and L4 GPU platform. The multi-cell technical validation ran AI-based signal processing and beamforming alongside core radio functions on shared, cloud-native infrastructure, showing feasibility but not announcing a commercial rollout.
