Salesforce Launches Slackbot For Agentic Enterprise

At Dreamforce, Salesforce announced Agentforce 360 and a reimagined Slackbot, now generally available for Business+ and Enterprise+ customers. Slackbot uses Slack as a conversational interface, connecting Slack conversations, Salesforce customer data, and deterministic workflows to offer contextual, permission-respecting AI that drafts content, schedules meetings, and orchestrates agents. The launch aims to embed enterprise-grade, context-aware assistance directly into employees' day-to-day workflow.
