Remedy Confirms Control Resonant Avoids Generative AI

During Remedy Entertainment's latest earnings briefing, interim CEO Markus Mäki and CFO Santtu Kallionpää confirmed that Control Resonant will not use generative AI and reiterated a planned 2026 release window. Creative director Mikael Kasurinen described the sequel as an open-ended, Manhattan-spanning follow-up focused on Dylan, while the studio said it continues to monitor gen-AI tools and appointed Jean-Charles Gaudechon as new CEO.
