Reliance Pledges ₹10 Lakh Crore AI Investment

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani on February 19, 2026 announced a ₹10 lakh crore investment at the India AI Impact Summit, pledging to invest over the next seven years to build sovereign AI compute infrastructure. He said Jio Intelligence will establish gigawatt-scale data centres to make AI affordable and accessible, framing the capital as patient nation-building rather than speculative.
