QuEra Releases T-Gate Simulator for Error Correction

QuEra Computing on April 2, 2026 released Tsim, an open-source GPU-accelerated quantum circuit simulator that models non-Clifford T-gate operations to support quantum error correction research. Tsim handles 80+ physical qubits, runs an 85-qubit circuit at about 600 nanoseconds per shot on an NVIDIA GH200, and is STIM-compatible and integrated into QuEra's Bloqade workflow. The code is on GitHub and a technical webinar is scheduled for April 28, 2026.
Scoring Rationale
Official QuEra release introduces a practical tool filling a clear gap—non-Clifford/T-gate simulation at scale—with concrete performance (85 qubits, ~600 ns/shot) and integration into existing workflows. High scores for actionability, credibility, and relevance; scope is vertical to quantum computing. Published today, so no recency penalty.
