PwC Restricts Entry-Level Consultants To 13 Offices
PwC is limiting where entry-level advisory consultants can start, assigning new associates to 13 U.S. offices instead of the previous 72, the firm told Business Insider. The change, effective fall 2025 for advisory hires, aims to rebuild community and support collaborative learning through a new Learning Collective initiative focused on human-plus-AI skills. Tax and assurance recruiting remain open to all offices.
Scoring Rationale
Moderate operational change with official sourcing, limited industry-wide impact beyond PwC's advisory recruiting practices and sectors.
