Pudu Robotics and Shenzhen CTID Launch Robot-Serviced Hotel

Pudu Robotics and Shenzhen Culture and Tourism Industry Development (Shenzhen CTID) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop what they call the world's first full-scenario robot-serviced hotel, sited on the West Artificial Island of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, per a PR Newswire release. The companies say robots will cover guest reception, room delivery, cleaning, food service, and guest support, coordinated through embodied AI and multi-robot collaboration.

According to HotelManagement and the release, a trial operation is targeted for the end of 2026, with a multi-stage vision extending toward 2030. At the signing, Pudu demonstrated its FlashBot intelligent vending system, the PUDU T300 with a 300-kilogram payload and autonomous elevator interaction, and the PUDU D5. Pudu's co-founder and CTO Cong Guo described the agreement as a step toward large-scale deployment of embodied intelligence in premium hospitality.
