Prime Minister Reviews NAB, Advances AI Adoption

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday reviewed the National Accountability Bureau’s 2025 performance and praised its shift into a technology-driven institution, including use of artificial intelligence. NAB reported recovering Rs6.213 trillion, reclaiming 2.98 million acres valued at about Rs5.99 trillion, and returning Rs180 billion to 115,587 victims. Shehbaz also met an international AI delegation in London last week to seek private-sector partnerships for digital governance.
