Pixels Provides Disposable Containers For AI Agents

Pixels, an open-source CLI tool, enables TrueNAS SCALE with Incus to spin up disposable Linux containers preloaded with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode. It offers SSH access, ZFS snapshot checkpoints, nftables-enforced network egress policies, and automated devtool provisioning, all managed via the TrueNAS WebSocket API and CLI. The tool requires TrueNAS SCALE, a TrueNAS API key, and Go 1.25+ to build.
