Phantom Space Acquires Satellite Thermal Firm
Phantom Space announced on April 2, 2026 that it acquired Thermal Management Technologies (TMT), a satellite thermal-hardware supplier, to support development of its Phantom Cloud orbital data-center constellation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal brings radiator and thermal-control expertise in-house to address heat-dissipation for in-orbit computing, supporting Phantom’s integrated launch-to-orbit infrastructure and planned first deployment in H2 2027.
