Officeworks is upgrading its 12-year-old Salesforce implementation to add quote-to-cash capabilities, Data 360 and an AI assistant, IT manager Martin Bowden said at the Agentforce World Tour Sydney conference. The retailer is implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud for CPQ automation, Data 360 for unified customer data and Agentforce-based FAQ and case-summary assistants to speed quoting, improve efficiency and activate targeted B2B marketing.
