North Korea Tests Cruise Missiles From Destroyer

North Korea on March 4 tested sea-to-surface strategic cruise missiles from its newly built 5,000-ton destroyer Choe Hyon, state media reported, with leader Kim Jong Un observing the launches. The missiles, believed to be part of the Hwasal series and possibly nuclear-capable, coincide with IAEA reports that Yongbyon and Kangson enrichment facilities remain operational, complicating denuclearization and prompting calls for stronger ISR, cyber and AI defenses.
