Nebius Acquires Tavily To Expand Agentic Search
Nebius is acquiring agentic search provider Tavily, the companies announced Tuesday, Feb. 10, to integrate Tavily’s real-time search into Nebius’s AI cloud platform. The deal—reported by Bloomberg at about $275 million though not officially disclosed—will bring Tavily’s team and product into Nebius to accelerate enterprise deployment of autonomous, web-capable agents and simplify developers’ stacks.
