Microsoft CEO Advocates Multi-Model Orchestration Strategy

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said at the World Economic Forum in Davos that firms should orchestrate and distill multiple closed and open-source models to build owned AI systems. He argued that "harness engineering" and model sovereignty—embedding a company’s tacit knowledge into models—will determine competitive advantage, urging ad firms to prioritize latency, cost, robustness and data control.
