Mia Labs, an Austin-based company behind the Mia conversational platform, today announced a $20 million Series A led by Permanent Capital Ventures with participation from Norwest and prior backers. Founded in 2023, Mia offers an AI-powered 'super employee' that answers calls, engages customers, and integrates with dealership systems to streamline sales, service, and reception workflows across multiple languages.
