Metcash is integrating Coveo's AI‑Relevance platform into its SAP Commerce Cloud‑based B2B marketplace Sorted to improve search and product discoverability, the wholesaler said today. Sorted connects about 3,500 suppliers to independent supermarkets and handles roughly 48,000 transactions per week, with over 75% of customers using the search bar. Metcash says the integration will deliver hyper‑personalised search results and streamline ecommerce procurement for retail buyers.
