MediaTek Launches Genio Pro And Genio Platforms
At Embedded World, MediaTek introduced new Genio IoT platforms including the flagship Genio Pro, Genio 420, and Genio 360 series. The Genio Pro, built on TSMC 3 nm with an Arm v9.2 CPU and a 50+ TOPS NPU, targets edge generative-AI and multi-camera multimedia workloads; MediaTek will begin sampling Genio Pro in Q1 2026 with production expected Q3 2026. Genio 420 and 360 offer mid- and entry-level AI acceleration.
