Logicbroker Reports Widespread Agentic Commerce Adoption

Logicbroker released a report surveying more than 600 enterprise eCommerce leaders, finding that over 90% expect AI agents to influence at least 20% of online orders by 2027 and about one-third expect agents to shape more than half of transactions. The survey also found 95% have deployed at least one AI commerce capability and 47% plan to invest $1 million or more in the next 12 months, signaling rapid adoption and integration challenges.
