Lenovo Reports Record Revenue But Net Income Falls

Lenovo reported record revenue and sharply higher operating profit for its December quarter (Q3 FY2025–26), with revenue up 18% to $22.2 billion and operating profit up 38% to $948 million. Management said AI-related revenue grew more than 70% and made up about one-third of group revenue, while a $285 million ISG restructuring and higher component costs drove a 21% fall in net income.
