Legora Raises $550M To Expand U.S. Agents

Legora AB said today it raised $550 million in a late-stage Series D led by Accel, valuing the Stockholm startup at $5.55 billion. The company uses large language models, including Anthropic’s Claude, to power AI agents that automate contract drafting, document review and legal research, and plans U.S. expansion with new offices in Chicago and Houston. Major law firms including White & Case, Dentons and Linklaters are customers.
