Judan Financial Acquires Alpha Wave Global Majority Stake

Judan Financial, a subsidiary of International Holding Company, has acquired a 50.1% stake in US-based investment manager Alpha Wave Global, which manages about $29 billion in assets across private equity, private credit, public markets and insurance. Alpha Wave will retain its existing leadership — CEO Rick Gerson and co-founders Navroz Udwadia and Ryan Khoury — and will launch an AI-native life insurance and retirement platform in the US, with Francis Suarez joining as president.
