Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said on the All-In Podcast Thursday that a $500,000 engineer should consume at least $250,000 in AI tokens annually, and that the company is “trying to” spend $2 billion on tokens for engineers. Huang framed tokens as a recruitment and productivity tool—proposing token budgets equal to about half base pay and warning low token use would “deeply alarm” him.
