Ivanti Integrates Agentic AI Into Neurons

Ivanti is integrating agentic artificial intelligence into its Neurons platform, with a customer preview scheduled for Q1 2025. The enhancement enables Neurons to autonomously execute IT service tasks, monitor endpoints, deploy patches and manage assets, addressing critical vulnerabilities disclosed in 2024. Enterprises will require governance frameworks and staff upskilling to safely oversee autonomous IT agents before broader rollout.
