Infobip Launches AgentOS For Orchestrating Customer Interactions

Infobip launches AgentOS, an orchestration platform for managing autonomous customer interactions, available April 1, 2026. The platform combines a Conversational Customer Data Platform with real-time journey orchestration and a Model Context Protocol to connect AI agents to third-party systems across WhatsApp, SMS and RCS. It includes human-in-the-loop controls for regulated industries to improve accuracy and security during automated interactions.
