Indonesia Partners With Arm To Master Chip Design

Indonesia and sovereign investor Danantara sign a framework partnership with British chip designer Arm, witnessed by President Prabowo Subianto in London on Monday to accelerate mastery of strategic technologies. Under the agreement, Indonesia will train 15,000 engineers within Arm’s ecosystem and expand into next-generation semiconductor development, aiming to boost technological self-reliance, productivity, and global supply-chain competitiveness.
