20 December 2025 — The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development’s 2025 Technology and Innovation Report ranks Hong Kong among the world’s most prepared regions for artificial intelligence, assessing readiness across infrastructure, data and skills in a review of over 100 economies, OHKF said Friday.
