The Home Depot's SRS Distribution announced on March 24 that it has agreed to acquire Mingledorff's, a wholesale HVAC distributor operating 42 locations across five southeastern states, with the deal expected to close in the second quarter pending customary conditions. The acquisition expands SRS's specialty trade distribution into HVAC alongside roofing, building, landscape and pool verticals. Earlier on March 18, Home Depot added project-management and AI tools to its Pro digital experience for Pro Xtra members.
