Griffith University Deploys Salesforce Agentforce For Recruitment

Griffith University has deployed Salesforce’s Agentforce Education Cloud across its contact centre, marketing communications and advancement departments to consolidate student engagement and recruitment pipelines, the university said at the Agentforce World Tour Sydney. After insourcing its contact centre in April 2024, Griffith centralized phone, email, webform and chat channels into Salesforce to create a single student record, generate quarterly voice-of-customer reports, and trial agentic AI to automate tasks while preserving human advisor handoffs.
