Google announced a new Market Access Program and two open-source Gemma models at the Google AI Startups Conclave in New Delhi. The program will help Indian AI-first startups scale via enterprise-readiness training, global CIO/CXO introductions, and international immersions; applications are open. Google also released MedGemma 1.5, a 4-billion-parameter medical model, and FunctionGemma, a 270M on-device function-calling model, and highlighted Project Vaani’s 27,000 hours of Indic speech data.
