GCC Organisations Accelerate GenAI Adoption in Tax, Finance, Legal

Deloitte's regional survey of senior tax and finance leaders across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait finds GCC organisations accelerating Generative AI adoption in tax, finance and legal functions, with non-adoption falling from 52% in 2024 to 29% in 2025. The survey shows a shift from basic drafting to research (41%) and accuracy improvements (38%), yet only 18% are piloting, 9% scaling, and just 10% report enterprise AI strategies, underscoring needs for governance, roadmaps and workforce readiness.
