GalaxEye Launches Mission Drishti For Reliable Imaging

Indian spacetech startup GalaxEye announced on Feb 18, 2026 at the India-AI Impact Summit that Mission Drishti will launch in 2026, featuring the SyncFused OptoSAR architecture combining optical and SAR sensors. The satellite uses Nvidia Jetson Orin for onboard AI to process imagery in orbit and explores "orbital data centres" to network satellites as compute nodes. It aims to deliver faster, all-weather Earth-observation insights for agriculture, disaster response, and security.
