Fundrise Lists Innovation Fund On NYSE
Fundrise listed its first venture fund, the Fundrise Innovation Fund (VCX), on the New York Stock Exchange and began trading yesterday, opening retail access to private startup equity. VCX, launched in July 2022, charges a 1.85% fee and reports cumulative returns of 84.44% since inception, 13.43% year-to-date and 63.27% over one year, with top holdings including Anthropic, OpenAI, Databricks and SpaceX.
