EMEA Firms Accelerate AI Pilots Driving Growth

Lenovo's CIO Playbook 2026, based on IDC research of 800 EMEA IT and business decision-makers, finds about 60% of companies are piloting AI and that organizations project an average $2.78 return per $1 invested. The report highlights challenges—skills, infrastructure, data security and governance—and notes 82% prefer hybrid on-premises or edge deployments, while only 27% have comprehensive AI governance frameworks.
