Digital Health Integrates One Health Priorities

A 2026 Delphi study led by Jude Kong et al. surveyed 45 experts from 19 Global South countries using a three-round online Delphi and latent semantic analysis to map discourse on digital health and One Health convergence. It identified structural drivers, emerging issues, and weak signals—noting gendered differences—and emphasized equity-sensitive, gender-aware foresight methods to guide inclusive, anticipatory health governance and policy.
