Datadog Reports Accelerating APM Growth And New Deals

Citizens on Feb. 11 reaffirmed a Market Perform rating on Datadog, citing its infrastructure monitoring, APM and log management each exceeding $1 billion ARR and APM accelerating into the mid-30% year-over-year. The firm noted Datadog released over 400 features in 2025 and secured an eight-figure AI agreement but warned of competition from 20 Gartner Magic Quadrant firms and client concentration risks.
