China Projects AI And Service Sector Expansion

Chinese officials announced major economic targets at a press conference during the fourth session of the 14th National People's Congress on Friday, with NDRC head Zheng Shanjie and senior regulators speaking. They forecast GDP growth of over 6 trillion yuan this year; the service sector surpassing 100 trillion yuan in 2026–30; AI-related industries reaching more than 10 trillion yuan by the end of the 15th Five-Year Plan.
