Chennai Women Celebrate Galentine's Day Gatherings

On the weekend around Feb. 14, organizers in Chennai hosted Galentine’s Day gatherings for women, led by photographer Dyutika S. and community platform Social Age. Events included canvas painting, handwritten pink-postcard letters, affirmation-card exchanges, themed dress codes and icebreakers for attendees aged roughly 19–32. Organizers said the activities help single and long-distance-relationship women form platonic friendships and build local social networks.
