British Brokers Association Launches AI Academy

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association is partnering with insurer Markel to develop an online AI Academy for the trade body’s members, with the course expected to open to broker students in early 2026. The programme follows a jointly produced Guide to Artificial Intelligence released last year and aims to raise brokers’ general understanding of AI to support considered adoption in broker businesses.
