Blackstone Leads $1.2B Investment In Neysa

Blackstone is leading a $1.2 billion investment in Mumbai-based AI cloud startup Neysa, split equally between primary equity and debt and valuing the company at about $1.4 billion, the firms said. The deal would give Blackstone a majority stake and fund Neysa’s plan to deploy more than 20,000 GPUs to serve enterprises, startups and government clients. The move aims to scale India’s GPU-led cloud capacity amid a new tax holiday encouraging global inferencing clusters.
