At the India AI Impact Summit and Expo 2026 on February 17, Bihar signed MoUs worth Rs 468 crore to spur AI, semiconductor and IT investments, including a Rs 250 crore Research Park at IIT Patna and a Rs 60 crore AI Centre of Excellence. The Bihar GCC Policy 2026 offers capital subsidies up to Rs 50 crore, and officials project over 10,000 jobs and training for 50,000 people.
