BAAI Partners With Eclipse Foundation On PanEval
Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence (BAAI) and the Eclipse Foundation on March 29 signed a cooperation agreement at the Zhongguancun Forum in Beijing to develop PanEval, an open-source large-model evaluation project tailored to European requirements. PanEval builds on BAAI’s FlagEval framework and will emphasize EU AI Act alignment, governance, regulatory compliance, linguistic diversity, data autonomy and transparency, signaling growing cross-border focus on testing and regulatory fit for AI models.
