AWS Launches Amazon Connect Health Suite

AWS rolled out Amazon Connect Health on Thursday, a suite of agentic AI tools for healthcare that offers five capabilities: patient identity verification, appointment scheduling, medical history summarization, ambient clinical note generation, and automatic medical coding. AWS says the suite aims to ease patient access and reduce clinician administrative burdens by synthesizing EHR and HIE data, while providing human-review guardrails for safety.
